Privacy & Warranty Policy

Yard means “the complete named property, including Vehicle Parks, Factory and Self-Service Yard” in our Terms and Conditions of Supply & Entrance.

Do not try to use your own tools.

The Parking Lot is not a place for maintenance work.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol. Anybody under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied service and/or entrance to the garden.

Jacks, power tools, sabre saws and oxy cutters are all banned from use in the Yard.

The Yard is not open to anyone under the age of 16.

The Yard is strictly pet-free.

The on-display components are used parts that have not been inspected and tested by Management and Staff for purpose-fitness or quality.

Part suitability, the appropriate size and proportions for your particular requirement, application, or purpose, must be determined by your own skill and judgment. The company and its workers make no claims about a component’s fitness for any given purpose. It is entirely up to you to decide and take charge.

If you’re having trouble determining which component you need, bring a sample with you to the Yard. If you don’t show Management and Staff your sample components in order to be MARKED before entering the Yard, you’ll be responsible for paying for them when you leave.

Always double-check the part’s price with the counter staff before removing it.

For the Cost of Component Assembly to Be Paid.

Having your bags, briefcases, and toolboxes examined by Management and Staff at the door when you leave.

To face criminal charges for stealing from us or destroying our property with malice.

To safeguard oneself by always donning safety-conscious and sturdy footwear. No thongs or other open-toed shoes are allowed in the Yard.

Walking on vehicles is prohibited for safety reasons. This includes the hood, roof, windscreen, sunroof and tailboard.

No credit is provided. Without management approval, we cannot take personal or corporate checks. Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase via CASH, CREDIT CARD, or EFTPOS.

In other words, you’ll need confirmation of purchase and ownership of the component to make use of a legitimate warranty. Returning your old, broken parts will not result in a refund or replacement.

Parking lots included; use at your own risk. In the event of an accident, neither management nor staff will be held responsible. Any kind of action, whether it’s for fun or for work, has the risk of serious harm or even death. You agree to and knowingly accept this risk. Take precautions and work carefully.

To ensure and safeguard the health and safety of all Yard patrons, you agree to take all reasonable care while in the Yard and to cooperate with other customers, visitors, Management, and Staff. All problems or accidents must be reported right away to the supervisors. In the event of an emergency, listen to the instructions of Emergency Services, management, and personnel.

Management and employees have the right to reject service or ask you to leave at their sole discretion and without giving any justification or explanation.

Information, including personal details and video and camera footage, is collected and managed by management and employees. Please review our Confidentiality Policy.

All employees and management agree that it is essential to purchase components with warranties.

You understand that due to the rapid turnover of our vehicles and components, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle or part you need will be in our Yard on any given day.

The administration and personnel install or fit your components.

Warranty

All engines, transmissions/gearboxes, and differentials/transfer cases come with a warranty of 90 days or 5000 kilometre’s, whichever comes first.

All parts are refundable only if replacement parts are unavailable or if the incorrect parts were supplied; parts returned after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Changeover must be repeated for the Engine, Transmissions/Gearbox, and Catalytic Converter (will not apply this option if you are interstate customers).

All mechanical components (Alternator, A/C Compressor, Steering Rack, Suspensions, and Throttle Body) are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty.

Privacy

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transmitted, or given to a third party without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

We take the necessary precautions to protect your personal information and any other information you provide. Your information is kept up-to-date in our system. If you want to modify the information, you can contact us to have it updated. We respect the privacy of our esteemed customers, and all of our employees adhere to the rules and safeguard the information.
